Jana works in the commercial department, where she has developed expertise in personal, corporate, and specific industry taxes. She further assists clients to identify and mitigate tax risks in their business transactions, and implements tax-efficient solutions. Jana has experience in liaising with the Namibian Revenue Agency  to address tax disputes, including filing objections and appeals against assessments raised under the Income Tax Act and the VAT Act. Jana further has experience in conducting legal and regulatory due diligence investigations for clients in the firm’s mergers and acquisitions department.
