Adri Badenhorst holds both BComm (Law) and LLB degrees from the North West University in Potchefstroom and was admitted as a Legal Practitioner in the High Court of Namibia in 2023.

Adri assists the Commercial Department with the execution of secretarial work for various companies and close corporations, ensuring that the entity complies with legal and regulatory requirements and managing the administrative functions of the company. Adri further assists with the management and set-up of company structures as well as the incorporation of new companies that are used for used for various purposes.

Adri is a passionate and driven individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. She is able to work independently and as part of a team in order to achieve her goals. Adri is committed to providing the highest quality of service and strives to ensure that clients’ needs are met with the utmost professionalism.
